What this is

Queen City Lineup lists local entertainment. Anyone can read the listings without an account. Venues post their own listings and are responsible for keeping them accurate, so check with the venue before you make the trip.

What's public

A venue's profile (name, address, phone, links and photo) and its confirmed bookings (act, date, time, type, cover and public notes) are shown to everyone.

What's private

Holds and private booking details, such as contacts, pay, deposits and private notes, are for the venue's owner and aren't shown on the public site.

Your private booking details aren't shown in the admin tools, and we don't access them except to fix a technical problem.

We email a venue's owner if an admin creates a set-password link for their login, or adds their venue to another login.

Your phone calendar link is a secret address. Anyone who has it can see that venue's bookings and holds, so keep it to yourself, and reset it if it gets shared.

What we collect

For a venue account: your name, phone, email and venue details, and a scrambled copy of your password. We use a cookie to keep you logged in. We don't sell your information, and we don't use third-party ad networks or tracking. We may show a local sponsor's name or banner on the site.

We use outside services to run the site: Vercel (hosting and photos), Neon (database) and Resend (email).

Venue accounts

Accounts are reviewed before they're approved. We can edit or remove listings to fix mistakes or remove junk, and we can deactivate an account or venue.
